Program je zasnovan tako, da preko za\u010detnega prepoznavanja lastnosti varne hrane preidemo na uporabo higienskih zahtev na vseh nivojih (oseba, delovna povr\u0161ina, \u017eivilo) in uporabi sistema HACCP. Spoznajo sistem HACCP kot celostno zagotavljanje kakovosti dela in izdelkov v obratu in hkrati pozitivno prepoznajo svojo vklju\u010denost v celostno delovanje.[\/vc_column_text][stm_color_separator][stm_animation_block duration=&#8221;300&#8243; delay=&#8221;0&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Podrobnosti usposabljanja<\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/stm_animation_block][vc_tta_accordion][vc_tta_section i_icon_fontawesome=&#8221;fa fa-user-plus&#8221; add_icon=&#8221;true&#8221; title=&#8221;Ciljna skupina&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1546118685728-8d7622cd-c1eb36d3-60fc9b25-eaee&#8221; el_class=&#8221;modra&#8221;][vc_column_text]Ciljna skupina so zaposleni v gostinstvu in \u017eivilstu, predvsem v prehranskih obratih, kjer je nujno visoko osebno higiensko stanje, upo\u0161tevanje higiene delovnega prostora, higiensko postopanje z \u017eivili in upo\u0161tevanje na\u010del sistema HACCP (Hazard analysis and critical control points).<\/p>\n<p>Zavedanje o dobrem higienskem stanju je pri delu z \u017eivili nujno, zato so na trgu dela, predvsem v gostinski dejavnosti, tudi potrebe po tovrstnih kompetencah.<br \/>\nKonkretna ciljna skupina so zaposleni v gostinski dejavnosti v kuhinjah (v \u0161olah, vrtcih, domovih za ostarele,&#8230;), sla\u0161\u010di\u010darnah, pekarnah, restavracijah, okrep\u010devalnicah, kavarnah, \u010dajnicah, &#8230;[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section i_icon_fontawesome=&#8221;fab fa-font-awesome-flag&#8221; add_icon=&#8221;true&#8221; title=&#8221;Cilji programa&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1546118685757-c62d53d9-d63c36d3-60fc9b25-eaee&#8221;][vc_column_text]Higiena na delovnem mestu v \u017eivilski in gostinski dejavnosti se tretira kot osebna higiena delavca, higiena delovnega prostora in higiena \u017eivil. Vse tri vsebine so mo\u010dno povezane s sistemom HACCP, ki ga mora imeti vsak \u017eivilski in gostinski obrat in ga mora vsak delavec neizpodbitno izvajati.
